Portrait of Nuno Oliveira

Nuno Oliveira.

Director of Applied AI at Liminal · Porto, Portugal

I lead the Applied AI team at Liminal, a market-intelligence firm in New York, building agentic AI systems that turn noisy market signals into decisions people can act on. On the side, I teach AI and security at ISEP and run Encontra Carros, a market-data service for used cars in Portugal.

Personal projects

Encontra Carros

Market intelligence for used cars in Portugal. It aggregates roughly 1.7 million listings from the country's major marketplaces, tracks 800+ dealerships, and gives buyers a free price benchmark against the live market. Agentic AI workflows, built on the deepagents harness with OpenRouter models, power the data enrichment behind it.
